We understand that the Law Firms undertakes complex or conglomerate transactions like financial, non-financial, legal, banking, managing investment, real estate transactions, undertaking due diligences, other statutory compliances and legal support services, on behalf of the clients viz. local or international. In some cases, the transactions require physical presence of the clients, to appoint legal counsel or an attorney to execute the transaction.
